Expertise

U-Reg’s team has tremendous business and technology experience. Florian, U-Reg’s founder, is a former head of sales Asia for two major European banks. The technology advisory team includes competencies that are essential to U-Reg’s success. Ashutosh was Refinitiv’s former program architect of the KYC as a Service Singapore utility project and Vincent is the former Head of Technology of a large Singaporean private bank.
Florian Dumas

Florian is a seasoned professional with a 25 year career in finance in Asia, spanning across Tokyo, Singapore and Hong Kong. He has directly managed U-Reg since the company was incorporated.

In his previous roles Florian managed sales teams across Asia and has led large infrastructure projects as either a sponsor or as a senior stakeholder. He is an expert in financial regulatory processes.

Ashutosh Jadhav

Ashutosh is both U-Reg’s system architect and an advisor to the company. Ashutosh has over 17 years experience in the BFSI domain and is a partner at Centelon, a technology company with offices in Asia and in the United States.

His competencies include end to end life cycle of Software As a Service (SaaS), with a focus on on-boarding and KYC. Ashutosh was Thomson Reuters‘ program architect of the KYC as a Service Singapore Utility project (POC).

Vincent Caldeira

Vincent is an advisor to U-Reg. He is the Chief Technologist for the FSI business at Red Hat, looking after the Asia Pacific region. He too is an experienced technology professional with over 20 years experience.

Vincent implemented digital on-boarding at Bank of Singapore where he was Head of Technology. He is also a Technology Advisory Council Member of the OS-Climate initiative.
